Café Del Corazon

Certified Organic, Fair Trade Certified. Cafe del Corazon, meaning "coffee from the heart," is from the Central American country of Nicaragua. Grown on volcanic slopes above 3,000 feet, these beans are a great expression of how full of heart and soul Central American coffees can be. We light roast this coffee to preserve its exquisite natural flavors: delicate notes of citrus and a hint of nuts and chocolate. Also available in decaf.

Colombia Café Del Alma

Certified Organic, Rainforest Alliance Certified. Meaning ”coffee of the soul,” these beans come from the misty Emerald Mountains of Colombia. This coffee brews a medium bodied cup with an alluring aroma of cocoa, a hint of nuttiness, and playful notes of chocolate on the palate.

Fair Trade French Vanilla

Fair Trade Certified. Light roasted Latin American beans are used for our flavored coffee to create smooth, delicious brews sure to please the most discerning coffee lover. Carefully selected for their complementary and balanced flavors and then light roasted, the beans are quickly transferred to a sealed flavor room where they are coated with specialty flavoring for 24 hours. To preserve the intensity of flavor, we pack and nitrogen flush the coffee within this sealed environment.

Direct Trade and Rainforest Alliance Certified. Sourced from Finca San Francisco of Ramacafe Fine Estates in Nicaragua, this light roast has citrus and apricot notes plus a taste of rich, creamy chocolate.

Rainforest French Roast

Rainforest Alliance Certified. We use custom blends of high grown, South and Central American beans, then hand roast them for 20 minutes at more than 440 degrees Fahrenheit. As a result, the beans are dark and bursting with natural oils that produce an intensely full roasted, bold tasting coffee.

Utopian Blend

Certified Organic, Fair Trade Certified. We take single origin beans from Central America and roast them to their optimal profile. Then, after they have cooled and settled, we blend these beans to form a rich medley that gives hints of acidity from the lighter roasted beans, depth of flavor from our medium blend, and finally, a touch of smoke from our French Roast. The result is a medium bodied and well-balanced cup with hearty overtones and a subtle hint of caramel.
